Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Boomtown Control Tower and the boomtown-ai.com website. Boomtown is sold to organizations under a written agreement; where your organization has one, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps it does not address.
1. The service
Boomtown Control Tower is a governance platform for organizations using AI assistants against their own business data. It connects to systems you already use, applies your organization's access rules, and records what was accessed and by whom.
2. Accounts
Access is granted by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@boomtown-ai.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your administrator can grant, change or revoke access at any time, and can see which connected services each member has authorized.
3. Connected services
When you connect a third-party service — Google Workspace, Notion, Attio and others — Boomtown accesses it on your behalf using the permission you grant, and only within the scope of that permission. Boomtown does not exceed the access the connected service already gives you.
You may disconnect at any time from within Boomtown, or revoke access directly with the provider. Your use of those services remains governed by your agreements with them, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data you are not authorized to see, or attempt to circumvent access controls or audit logging;
- interfere with the service's operation, security or availability;
- reverse engineer the service, except where that restriction is unenforceable by law;
- use the service unlawfully, or to infringe another party's rights.
5. Your data
Your organization's data remains yours. We process it to operate the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where a signed agreement sets out data-protection obligations, retention periods or deletion commitments, those terms apply.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation unless your agreement includes a service-level commitment. Maintenance and updates may occasionally affect availability.
7. Fees
Fees, billing and renewal are set out in your organization's agreement with Boomtown. Nothing on this page changes commercially agreed terms.
8. Intellectual property
Boomtown retains all rights in the service, its software and its documentation. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your organization's internal business purposes for the term of your agreement.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Boomtown surfaces information from connected systems and from AI models. Output can be incomplete or wrong, and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Decisions made using it remain yours.
To the extent permitted by law, and except where your agreement says otherwise, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Term and termination
Your organization's agreement governs term and termination. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law; we will tell you when we do, unless prevented from doing so.
On termination, access ends and data is handled per section 5 and your agreement. Stored credentials for connected services are deleted.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date, and customers will be notified through the product or by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules — except where your organization's agreement specifies otherwise, in which case that agreement controls.
